By indicating your agreement to this authorization (for example, by clicking the button where you accept this Credit Authorization), you represent that you are authorized on behalf of yourself and the business listed in your application (individually "You" or "Your" or collectively, the "Applicant") to make and submit representations regarding the Applicant to OwnerCo Connect, LLC and to third-party lenders, finance companies, or other third parties that provide commercial loans or purchases of receivables (individually a "Lender" or collectively "Lenders"). 1. AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN CREDIT INFORMATION You authorize OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders to conduct, obtain, receive, and process a review of You and/or Your business that they consider appropriate to process Your application for business-purpose financial products. As part of this review, You authorize OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders to obtain consumer/personal and/or business credit reports and investigative reports from one or more consumer reporting agencies including, but not limited to:

• TransUnion
• Experian
• Equifax
• Dun & Bradstreet
• Other credit bureaus and reporting agencies

2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AUTHORIZATION You further authorize and understand that OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders may obtain:

• Bank statements and financial records
• Credit card processor statements
• Tax returns and financial statements
• Verification from creditors and financial institutions
• Other information about You and Your business relevant to credit decisions

2A. TAX AND OTHER RECORDS AUTHORIZATION You authorize OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders to obtain tax records and other information from the IRS, state tax authorities, and other government agencies as needed to evaluate your application. 3. TIMING AND PURPOSE OF CREDIT PULLS You authorize credit reports to be obtained:

• During initial review of your application
• During underwriting and closing of any financial product
• Periodically during the term of any financial product for servicing or monitoring
• For any legitimate business purpose related to your application or account

This authorization shall constitute Your written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended. 4. VERIFICATION AUTHORIZATION You authorize OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders to contact third parties to verify any information provided in Your credit report or submitted in connection with Your application. 5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION You confirm that all information You have provided as part of Your application is true and correct and may be relied upon by OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and Lenders. Any misrepresentation may be viewed as fraud and may be punishable by law. 6. NO IMPACT FROM APPLICATION Submitting an application and this initial credit authorization will NOT impact your personal credit score. However, if you proceed with a funding offer from a Lender, that Lender may perform a hard credit inquiry which could affect your credit score. You will be notified before any hard credit inquiry occurs. 7. DATA SHARING & REPORTING Information obtained through credit reports and investigations may be shared between OwnerCo Connect, LLC, RM Financial, LLC, and participating Lenders solely for purposes of evaluating and processing your application. You also authorize us and our partners to report information about your account to credit reporting agencies and to share information with taxing authorities as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. 8. DURATION OF AUTHORIZATION This authorization remains in effect for the duration of any business relationship resulting from your application, plus any time period required by law for record retention. 9. COMMERCIAL PURPOSE This authorization is solely for business/commercial credit purposes. Consumer protection laws for personal, family, or household credit do not apply. 10.
