  • M&A Advisory Services: Your information will be shared with OwnerCo, LLC and other M&A advisors to facilitate potential transactions
  • Lending Services: Your information will be shared with RM Financial, LLC and other lending partners to assess financing options
  • Growth Services: Your information will be shared with relevant business service providers based on your needs
These service providers are independent entities with their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies when engaging with their services. 3B. Cross-Service Marketing If you inquire about one service (such as selling your business), we may share your information internally to inform you about other relevant services (such as lending or growth resources).
