Alec LeBouef is a Senior Business Advisor at OwnerCo, working closely with business owners at the most pivotal moments in their journey — preparing for a sale. His background spans private equity, venture capital, SaaS, and finance, giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the deal table.
Prior to joining OwnerCo, Alec held business development and account executive roles at Devensoft, supporting M&A software solutions. He also worked as an Analyst at Turnkey Ventures, where he built financial models, supported acquisitions, and pitched investment opportunities. Alec began his career as a Financial Analyst while still completing his studies, gaining early experience in financial reporting and analysis.
A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Public Health and a minor in Business Administration, Alec is bilingual in Spanish and has international experience from his time at University Hospital Moncloa in Madrid. Outside of work, he’s a former club baseball player, active in his church community, and passionate about building lasting relationships with owners.
