Previously, Sarah served as Chief Operating Officer at a high-growth tech company where she led operations, product strategy, and customer success. She scaled hiring across technical and business functions by implementing systems that enabled rapid team expansion without sacrificing quality or culture. With expertise in candidate experience design, structured interviewing, hiring manager enablement, and scalable systems, Sarah delivers practical, battle-tested solutions to help businesses meet aggressive hiring goals without compromising quality. Alongside her consulting practice, Sarah founded Aurora House, a women’s community center in Austin, Texas, that offers art, craft, and mindfulness classes.
